  • The PSA case protection is made from solid plexiglass and plastic, known for its high transparency and resistance to UV rays. It provides protection against folds, scratches, impacts, and moisture. The PSA case is designed to enhance cards by combining protection and elegance.

  • It is possible to open a PSA case, but doing so will inevitably break the protection, rendering the case unusable. This feature is designed to ensure that once opened, the case cannot be resealed to maintain its seal.

  • The time required to process cards depends on the level of service you have chosen. For current orders, you can track the progress in your personal space. It's important to note that the mentioned processing times start from the receipt of the cards by PSA. Additional time should be added to this estimate for transit and preparation.

  • If your order appears to be stuck at a stage, there is no need to worry. Some orders may take several weeks to go through certain stages, such as research and identification. However, we want to assure you that as long as the business days processing time has not been exceeded, there is no issue with your order. PSA is committed to meeting the announced processing times and can expedite the grading process to meet them.

  • Your grading notes are accessible once your order reaches the "Graded order sent to PKS" stage. To obtain these notes, you have the option to contact us, and we will provide them to you via email.

  • The "crossgrading" service allows you to send a card or booster that has already been evaluated by another company to be graded by PSA. This allows you to grade a card by PSA without removing it from its existing case. Additionally, you can specify a minimum grade below which you do not want PSA to perform "crossgrading." If this condition is not met, your card or booster will be returned to you in its original case.

Questions Regarding Declared Value

  • The declared value for collectible cards is the monetary amount that you assign to these cards when shipping or delivering them. It is particularly important for determining compensation in case of loss, theft, or damage during the transportation of these valuable cards.

  • When placing an order, it is essential to indicate an approximate declared value corresponding to the value of your card. The accuracy of this declared value is of great importance as it determines the appropriate grading service. Additionally, this value serves as a reference point for PSA in case of damage or loss of your card, for potential reimbursements. It is crucial to carefully consider before providing a low declared value for your cards because, in case of damage or loss, the amount you have indicated will serve as a reference.

  • To determine the amount to specify as the declared value for your card, you can refer to successful sales on sales platforms like eBay. In the absence of references for your card, you can estimate its approximate value based on similar cards (e.g., of equivalent rarity or popularity) from the same series.

  • If you have overestimated the declared value of your card, it will not have any consequences. If you have underestimated the declared value of your card, it generally will not affect the grading process because PSA cannot evaluate the value of every card. If PSA identifies the error during the grading of your card, you will then be charged at the rate corresponding to the appropriate service level, and the cost difference will be billed to you for the correction. Moreover, it is important to be careful not to undervalue the declared value of your cards because, in case of damage or loss, the amount you have indicated will serve as the reference base.

  • An "up charge" PSA refers to the adjustment of the chosen service level for the grading of your card. This can occur for the following reasons:

    • If you have underestimated the value of your card, PSA will charge the service level corresponding to the value of your card.
    • If you have received a grade evaluating the value of your card at a higher level (which is great news), PSA will then charge the appropriate service level for your newly graded card.

In the case of an "up charge," the cost difference will be billed to you to adjust the situation.
